No Start issue. What next

Hello. I have a 97 Seadoo Challenger 1800 with twin 787's. Left side engine will start occasionly. Right side engine won't start at all. I tested all grounds. They are good. I also some times I get to 2 beeps with the Dess key and some times I don't, but Left engine will still start randomlly even if there is no beeps. I tested the coils. Right Engine at coil wires test 16,500 ohms and 0.6 ohms at terminal but ramdon spark. Left engine at the coil wire 14,500 ohms and 0.5 at the terminal but no spark at all. The Right engine white and black wire have no signal when cranking but the Left randomly does.
