Ok have no RAVE valves on a 1994 seadoo sp but having the rev and then bogg problem changed the fuel lines new gas shut off new fuel filter. cleaned carb but still having the same problem. When at full throttle, holding it. it revs and then boggs. but only when the engine is warm. it runs great for about 10 minutes. any body got any suggestions.

When you cleaned the carb did you clean the internal filter?
Also did you replace the needle and seat?
Is the gas cap venting properly?
Have you double checked the filter O ring and made sure that it is sealing properly and not sucking air?
How about the HSA and LSA settings?

I has a really strange problem with a 95 GTS I recently bought.. This was not my first ski so I know a bit about the problems you can encounter.. I went through the entire fuel system and still had problems.. Finally i found the screen on the bottom of he baffel was not letting enough fuel flow.. I would actually drain the baffel after running for a few minutes.. I just cut it out and the ski runs great!! I found the problem by putting a glass fiter on the line so I could watch the fuel coming from the tank...

What baffle are you talking about and where is it located

the baffle is what comes out of the top of your gas tank and should have 4 hoses coming out of it. it goes to the bottom of the tank to draw the fuel out of the tank

Thats what i thought but they mentioned cutting it off and i didnt know how that gonna work out. did he mean the screen on the baffle when he said cut it off?
