New installed jet pump sounds different?

I put in a SBT jet pump on a Seadoo 07GTI SE 155. I used the same impeller but everything else is new. I noticed a different sound like a lower humming noise then what it sounded like before the install. I don't know if I am worrying about nothing...but I did notice it sounds different. Runs fine. Anyone install an SBT pump and notice anything different?
