Need to get gunk out of 96 GSX crankcase

Any ideas? There is no drain plug on this year for the case, Ive been turning it over with the plugs out and the throttle open, but it seems like there is an endless supply of this stuff. Prior owner didnt mention anything about this(no surprise), and since the starter was off when I bought it, I didnt know about the problem. It will fire for a rotation or two, then it seems the pto plugs gets shorted from fluid build up on the tip. I was going to take off the top end to vac it out, but think 75% of the bolts will end up snapping off.

Thanks, I will try that. I just turned it on its side a while age with the carbs pointing towards the ground, and got a few ounces of chocolate milk looking stuff out. I tunred it over, and there seems to be a lot less fluid coming out. I will try your way if it doesnt start up. The manual should have that in it.
