My first PWC. What should I do first?

I kind of know about the fuel lines. Replaced the gray ones with new fuel line. What size do I need and how much. Also what else should I do? I took it out today for about an hour and it ran good. Also, I want to hook up a speedo instead of the tach on the right. What is needed for that and is it possible? BTW it is a 96 GSX.

If you can find a parts GSX for all the speedo parts that would probably work best. If its running fine, just general maintenance things is what I would be doing.
