You can still get them new if you want to be raped($1300) or you can put in 2 MPEMs from skis if you don't have luck fixing or finding a cheap one. You just loose the neutral safty switch and RPM limiter on reverse with dual ski units.

ill send him one tomorrow if this guy doesnt come buy the boat first. Hes offering a good price that i cant pass up if he takes it. If not ill put some more time into it. Thanks for all the help.

Well if someone else wants to take it and your not losing your shirt it depends on how bad you want to keep it or start over at all.
