motor faults out at 7000 RPM 2012 challnger 180

My recent purchase of a 2012 Challenger 180 has an odd issue - if I try to go past 7000RPM or so - it faults out codes P1611, P 1615 and goes to limp mode. Which is a Throttle position sensor error or bad ECM - it runs perfect up til then - shut it off and codes disappear. Check grounds and connections - anyone have the fly by wire throttle sensor go bad or any thoughts?
