So i just bought a solas concord impeller and a freeestyle cone from Wet Wolf. Hoping to get everything in next week and have the ski out for a test run next weekend. I'll post back with results...

did you ever try out the ski?? ive been looking at the wetwolf cone for a while now but don't want to spend the $60 if i dont like it. Then i'll have to pull it off and i'll just have a paper weight.

Yeah, throttle response is pretty nice. Hard to say what item made a difference as I changed the impeller and cone at the same time. However, it's not a crazy night and day, it's subtle but noticable. The cone is an easy project. And the price is cheap. Try it out, if you don't like it I'm sure it'd be easy to sell here or ebay.
