HI i have a problem whit my jetsik 2001 doo gs whit a 717 engine when i start it out of water the throttle responds very good to high speed , but when is on the water wot want to go more than half throttle,it trays to go for an instance of 2 seconds but it bugs down againe,i found out the this engine do not have RAVE valves,unles i wrong , please any info. would help thank you!
