I am just starting out in the Seadoo Fun and have a 1994 Sea Doo Bombardier Explorer Kylypso II, and its in Peices. Where can i first get a tech manual, and ist there anybody in the San Fransico (Bay Area), Suisun Area who can do some mech work, budget is tight can any body help.
