I just couldn't say no to my cousin so I have a Honda Aqua something at the house. I rode it and it doesn't go at all. Starts and does about 4mph. Opening the throttle doesn't do much at all. Even wide open throttle... no change in engine speed. I'm thinking they never did PM the ski so I'll start there.
