Ive got a rock lodged between the blades of the pump, on my 2007 RXP. I believe I can remove it if I could get the grate off. I removed the bolts securing ithe grate, but it still wont budge ?
Any help on removing the grate would be appreciated.
The grate probably has silicone sealer holding it in place.
Before you take it out, another thought for you. I keep a 2 ft. piece of 1/2" dowel with a wood screw hook in the end of it for reaching in through the grate to remove stuck foreign objects from the impeller area. I have had some really small stuff totally foul the action in a jet pump.
