Incompatible radio

The radio on my 03 sporster isn't working so i bought a new one to replace. the plug is incompatible with the older wiring in the boat and either needs an adapter or to be rewired.

do they make any adapters or does anyone have a wire diagram for the 03 sportster radio?

I just ordered a shop manual for my 04' Sportster. It may have a wiring diagram for the radio. I should get the SM by the weekend. I'll check to see if it has the shematic. Shoot me a message to remind me to look.

:agree: get the manual for the old radio and the new one and just match up what wire is what and there you go; it is very easy once you know which wire to splice to what in the new connector. i have re-wired many marine radio's and it really is easy.
