Yesterday after I took apart my pump assembly for a inspection, I noticed the impeller housing exit guide vanes are damaged & most of them are missing 10%-30% percent of their leading edges. I looked up the part number 267000056 but I can't find just the impeller housing alone. I can only find complete total assemblies, I want to reuse my other parts of the assembly because they look to be all good. Tips? Or am I just hosed and need to spend the $450 for a complete assembly? Please note I just bought this ski used its a 2005 4-TEC Wake. I am still going over and testing the craft for any other defects.

if you aren't seeing ill effect from the chipped vanes you could just leave it alone. People only tend to replace them if they get really bad and you start losing performance.
I am fixing a few issues that are effecting top speed right now. But I would like to replace the housing. plus the wear ring, it appears to have a 2 MM gap around it. plus I noticed the shaft has corrosion on it and its pretty rough need to put some Emory cloth to it. Ski is topping out around 47 last time out it had a exhaust leak at the j pipe coupling that I fixed yesterday also. several things creating a speed loose that need to be address.

that gap is likely the biggest issue not the vanes. But I can't help you as far as the rebuild, I don't know if you can only get the part you want.
They can repair the impeller not the housing.
