impeller and wear ring replacement

I'm changing my impeller only has 25 hrs on it sucked up some big rocks do i need to change my impeller boot as well is it necessary ?

You will have to look at the boot. But if you damaged the impeller you damaged the wear ring and possibly the stator.

The pump housing, the vanes in it can get damaged when a rock goes through it.
