I went to far with the drill bit putting the screws in the wear ring& went through

What can I do to fix this or will it be ok to leave it or should I put a little plastic epoxy in the hole

Remove it, you could go up next size. lots of options there!

No I actually drilled from the housing and the bit popped thru to the impeller side

Do the plastic epoxy. It will be OK.
