I took it apart... Now where does this piece go??? this is a 4tec motor build

Please any body throw out ideas. I cant go forward without knowing where it is from. The motor is from a 08 gtx 155. It was sunk and water inside so rust may have been an inside part but most stuff inside was not rusted. I reviewed the diagrams in the manual and cant find it. I am about 1 hr labor from being able to put motor back but realized I cant go any further untill i figure out where this thing goes. The inside diameter is just smaller than the shaft for the starter bendix.

Got it. Thanks anyone that was trying though. It is a thrust washer that was on the vent valve at the top fron of the cyl head.
