I repair leaking freeze plugs in exhaust pipes
Don't pay the dealers rediculous charges.
20 yrs exp tig welder I've done many of these.
I grind out old plugs and replace with thicker guage material
and tig weld in place , they are then leak tested and sent back to you.
$45 per pipe you ship both ways and I warrantee repair for 5yrs fresh water apps and 3 for salt water, but most times will last as long as you own your ski.
This price is only good through seadoo forums to help out members and soon to be members.

All if needed, most times it only the top 2 that go bad.
But I suggest replacing all so you don't ever have to worry about it.
Obviously the salt water ones are going to corrode faster.

Repair exhaust leak

I have a 1997 Seadoo GTI with a top side leak on the exhaust pipe at the welded plug. Also salty deposits appear at other welded factory plugs indicating future leaks. PWC is used in both salt and fresh water. Where are you located in MI? We are in Angola, IN, email address hbancr611@earthlink.net
