I need a plastic fitting

I can't seem to see this fitting in the manual.
Its a plastic 90 degree elbow. 1/4 inch on one side, and 3/8 inch on the other. The 3/8 side fits high up into the rear air box on a 96 GTI.
Its broken, I need a new one. The manual does not show it.
Anyone know the part number for this?
