Just went through my first hydroturf install.
Went pretty easy!
Removing the old mats was super simple using a 1 inch flimsy metal paint scraper and a rubber mallet.
The rivets cut clean flush and didn't have to be removed from the hull. Also the mats held the scraper flat for a clean cut.
When trying to line everything up I started with the vin tag and then the spacing at the back and side to side.
Then pulled the edges up at the back and stuck it down just a bit.
I noticed that the sides can go down and be turned in or out to get it nice and lined up with the next piece.
I used the scratch marks from the original mats as a template for the new ones.
Now the question: Anybody want my old mats
or should I just toss them ?
