Section 08 , subsection 03 of factory service manual shows the tolerances and whatnot to check.

General rule of thumb on wear ring is a dimes thickness test. If a dime can't fit Inbetween impeller and wear ring your are good to go.

Bearings, if they spin rough, drag, or growl it's time for replacement. Pump oil once per season can help lengthen bearing life.

Also, OSD Marine has the rebuild kit for each specific ski that you can buy. I recently had mine apart and looks to be ridiculously easy to rebuild. Not much to it.
