Hot start issues

Got a 1995 Seadoo GTX that starts when cold just fine and takes off flawlessly. However, if I run it for 30 minutes from the onset and cut it off for 15 minutes, it will crank at idle but I have to blip the choke a couple of times to get it to continue to run and resume full throttle without bogging down. I have rebuilt two sets of carbs with OEM kits, checked pop off, had my RV cover reground and replaced the RV, replaced all the gas lines, fuel selector, both tanks vents, pressurized the tank to check for air leaks, change the MEPM and coil. I've been chasing this for 2 years and don't know what else to do. This seems to be a fuel issue versus electrical, but not sure. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Do you have an aftermarket filter in the fuel line? An inline fuel filter? Did you do a compression test? You could try an auxilliary fuel tank/supply. How is your fuel vent? It is working. Have you tried unscrewing the fual cap?

When you had three rv cover ground did you also have the o-ring groove and cover to block faces milled back to give you the proper clearance between the rv cover face and rv itself?

There are three surfaces that need to milled to correct an rv cover.

AK can be right here,,,those engines with excessive rv clearance will be VERY hard to start hot,,,the "O"ring groove must slso be machined,,,,that cost me 2 damn starters on a 580 many many moons ago,,the dealers mechanic missed it,,,twice,,,$600 in bloody starters,,luckily a havasu racer hanging around at the water,,by chance suggested to me about the misterious rv clearance,,,$50 later I was golden,,,best $50 I ever spent on a rotax seadoo.

Day Yum !!! Yep, machining the cover and tightening up the clearance gives some spunk on start up.
