98 seadoo 951 ltd cleaned micro filters now wont start or run unless u pull choke but will not idle?

My guess is the diaphram tore. Remove the return line, catch in a bottle, use a shrt line on return nipple, and crank engine to see if fuel flows.

Did you loosen or remove the Pulse Line?
