need pic of wiring on 1997 spx sea doo solenoid.got new solenoid but wiring was corroded too badly to identify connecting wires.please...

Here is the wiring diagram.

got the wiring on the solenoid correct.keeps blowing the fuse in the front box located by the regulator when its hooked up.dont know if i have a dead short in my regulator or what

If its the 15amp, its (short) in the magnito coil(s). Probly broken starter or ring teeth
bits & debis or the pick-up bracket is brocken.

this is blowing the fuse as soon as you put it in..you dont have to hit the start button to blow the fuse..does this still sound like the same problem and should the trim work when the safety switch is not attached to machine?was blowindg fuse in the rear box as soon as you tried to put one in..when i unplugged the harness from the front of the magneto housing it quit blowing the rear fuse..you can jump the starter manually and it turns over fine..
