HELP! WTB motor mount plates from hull

Hey guys,

I'm really hoping someone can help me. I am looking for the plates that are fiber-glassed into the hull for the motor mounts to be bolted to. Unfortunately the threads in my hull are stripped for my front motor mount.

Is this a conversion ski of some sort? Curious as to what im actually looking at in the picture as it appears to have a modified mount.

Ouch, Probably would have to make something or heli-coil that one.

I think you're right... No one seems to be able to help me. I ended up making my own out of aluminum bar stock. Tried the Helicoils but the plate/holes are too corroded.

This is a stock '96 XP. The picture shows the mounting plate the is fiber-glassed into the hull by Seadoo. The front motor mount gets bolted to it.

Here are some more pics to better explain...

I've decided to start a thread documenting my project in hope it could help someone else if they have a similar problem. If you have a chance, please check it out!!
