HELP!!! 92 GTS wont start!!!

OK guys I'm stumped here! Most likely because I'm new to all this... but I have a 92 GTS that was running last season. At the end of the season it started having some issues bogging down and stalling out at higher speeds so this season before heading out I rebuilt the carb (also did pop off test)... but now it won't start. I've tested compression and spark and everything checks out good but it seems I'm not getting any fuel to the carburetor. If I take Off the return and supply lines...shouldn't I be seeing fuel come out of the supply line if I blow in to the return line? Nothing is happening except air coming back out of return line. I'm just confused and need help obviously lmao. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated thanks.

On the older models the pickup tubes can rot off and the check valve/screens fall to the bottom. I would pull the pickup from the tank and check.

I already checked that...And sure enough they did rot off so I replaced them and mopped the tank

Trace back to where the fuel seems to get stuck. Do you get any fuel to the selector? Is your fuel filter dry?

Fuel filter is dry... I've replaced the inlet filters in the tank as they have corroded off and fell to the bottom of the gas tank.

i would check your pickup tube again because it seems like you either have a bad pickup tube or you forgot to hook up your pulse line (the short line from the engine to the carb)

The pulse line is definitely connected.. my wifes pissed cause I'm spending to much time in the garage trying to figure this out.

The only thing can be a bad pickup tube, or air leak at the strainer or selector.

Connect a hose directly from the RES fitting on the baffle to the carb and if that pulls fuel work backwards from the there until you eliminate the problem.

Yes, and you pickups are rotted off.
