Hi I'm new to forums so I don't know if I'm doing this right, but my problem is I recently bought a 2000 GTX di millennium addition from a guy who had just had the engine rebuilt, it ran alright but not the greatest so after some inspection I noticed that the pressure hose for the RAVE valves was not hooked up to anything and the vent line was hooked up to the RAVE valves so I switched them and that did help but I don't know where the vent line is supposed to go. I looked in the service manual and it is very vague about where it is supposed to go, it looks like it's supposed to go to the counter balance shaft vent but there's already a vent line on there and there are no other open places for it to go that I can find.

Yup, the DI has lots of lines, too many, which is why seadoo stopped making it. I could be wrong, but I believe that vent line Goes to the aft (left) side of the intake manifold. First, remove the circlip, (if there is one), on the top of the air box. Then push it back, you may have to remove the air box which can be tricky. You should find the black vent line lying in the bottom of the hull, (assuming it is not attached). You need to attach it to the fitting that goes into the manifold. Put a zip tie on it.
