Gtx feels weird

Took Gtx out today for 3rd time, it was just serviced like 2 months ago, had been running it pretty hard wave hopping and such. Then we are out in ocean 2 miles off the beach and heading back in and it starts to stutter almost, hitting the gas back and forth a couple times got it running good again, then just went about half speed and it seemed fine the whole way back and it was fine. Then took it out again and it did it again, any idea what it is worried something with supercharger, any help is greatly appreciated.

S/C doesn't come and go, it just simply goes. Could be water in fuel, crud in fuel plugging lines/filters etc. Bad plugs can also do this and the S/C motors are nearly as bad as 2-strokes for needing really good properly gapped plugs.
