GTS bogs at full throttle

My 97 GTS bogs back and forth on full throttle after running perfect for about 45 minutes. I let it sit for 30 minutes and it ran perfect again. Everything in the fuel system has been replaced/cleaned. Any ideas?

Do a compression test.,,,could be coil also failing after heating up,,,but unlikely,,,

Also check the fuel tank check valves. The tank could be building a vacuum.
