I have a 2006 GTI 4 tec and runs smooth and fine cold but after warm up goes to running rough and oil smoke and the low oil pressure sensor flashes. Put in a new sensor, plugs and coils. No change

If there's too much crankcase oil pr possibly the wrong type it could tend to expel and enter the intake manifold from up through the crankcase breather. Not sure this would also relate to oil pressure warning unless the oil is being airated, in which case you might notice air bubbles in the oil on the dipstick when you check it immediately upon the fault occurrence.

I run the seadoo semi synthetic oil and it's between the 2 marks on the stick. Didn't check for bubble but the thing has to run for about 5 minutes before it starts acting up . I'll check the intake breather.

That seems to be the correct level. Sure sounds like you're getting oil into the intake from through the crankcase ventilation breather (Like a PCV system can puke oil into the intake). If the oil is airating (air is churned into the oil) by a high level the combination of air and oil emulsion will make the oil level too high and oil mixed with air doesn't pump well thus oil pressure will be low.

Of course something else could be happening, just can't think of what that might be.
