Hey guyz, took ski to lake this weekend, and exhaust hose came off at the hull exit!!

Filled ski with water. Got water out of ski with my buddies wake sack pump and took plugs out and spun engine over to get water out of cylinders.

Is there any method anyones knows of getting the rest of the water out? besides tearing the engine down.

ALSO

This ski has high compression and with a full battery it gets about 15 seconds of spinnin engine over. After that, engine wont turn past compression stroke.

The guy i got it from says its been built. It has Rossier exhaust & MSD.
It has an Aqua Torque starter on it, and 4 gauge battery wires.

The battery i have only has 275 CCA. Do I need a stronger battery?

Any advice would be awesome! Thanks guyz

If plugs out, & its spinning over, has stopped shooting water out plug holes, put some pre-mix gas in plug holes and a little down carbs, then Fire it up! It may sputter at first, just let it run a min or two, then ride it ASAP!!! Time is of essence
as the crank can start rusting in 24 hrs. Rideing will get the gas-air-oil mixture into
all the crannies in lower case. Fog at motor shut-down.

Yeah, plugs are out, and water is done shooting out of plug holes. But it looks like oil/water mix (grey color) is still coming out a little.

Idk if theres supposed to be oil in the cylinders at all, i'm new to all this.

Same thing just happened to me. The engine will crank without the spark plugs, however will not once i put the plugs in. I replaced the battery with a sealed maintenance free battery and the engine turned over and actually started for a few seconds and spat some water out the back. However after that it will no longer turn over. Is my starter not getting enough torque? should I replace it? I know I need to get this started asap. One last note, the day I took this out when this happened, the starter didn't turn over the first 2-3 times I hit the ignition (same as it is now) but then fired up. Any advice/expertise would be much appreciated.

Thanks
