have a 99 seadoo challenger...one of the engines want rev past 4k rpm. changed plugs because it sounds like it is missing but no difference. can someone shed some light?
You may have a bad Microswitch on the shifter, shutting down the rev limiter in the mpem, or if the Rectifier has gone south, thats about all the RPM you'll get.
Hi Not sure on the jet boat side but i know that on my jetski mine was going into safe mode and sounded like it was missing. I found that the silicone pipe between the header and the back water box was leaking and it was going into safe mode.
