Engine Suddenly Locked? Please Help

Hi There

I have a 1993 sea doo xp that has been giving me lots of problems, I opened up my engine when she seemed lock and found out it was the pump assembly that I repaired. Now here is the problem, I put the engine back together and she fired up great, hooked water up and ran her with the water hooked up. She ran great for about 30 seconds when suddenly there was a clank noise and she shut off. After that I tried to start her again and it seemed like she was locked or seized, any suggestions what may have happened or can be done to fix?

if it stalled and the hose was still on you flooded the motor and the cylinders are filled with water. take the plugs out and crank it till its dry. put new plugs in when the water is out and try it again
