Engine stalling

When I'm pulling a wakeboarder out of the water, one of the engine stalls. it only happens if I go full thottle it one quick stroke. is this normal? am I just flooding the engine or is this a symptom of a bigger issue? Basically it revs really high for a fraction of a second then shuts off. it always happens to the same engine.

things to consider:
- this is happening on the first and second tank of gas of the year, so it might be related to the products used to winterize

- also, first tank of gas I put in regular gas without thinking. could it also be related to that? recently filled with high end gas and burned half of a tank on that, but it still did it last night...

- didn't have this issue last year

to eliviate the issue, I just increase the gas more steadily and goes no problem

thanks

pull the carbs, break them down and clean them, internally. Bolted on the pto carb, you'll see a mechanism/pump look'n thing, thats the xcellerator pump. Need to break it down, clean it, clear the lines hooked to it, and the brass fittings that are on the carbs, that the xcellerrator pump lines connect to..
