Hey, I'm new here, but been reading along at all the different posts recently since I bought my Challenger boat. I took it out with the previous owner and everything ran great. I took it out today for the first time since owning it and it did good, but when I went to bring it up on plane, the port engine cut out on me.
Now, I'm used to outboards. Had them all my life. This is my first jetboat/jetski. I'm used to priming th engine (which I don't have to do on these, right?) and am still learning how to maneuver since it's different than an I/O or outboard. Any tips about what could be causing the motor to cut out? I tried it a few times and it did it almost every time. Do I just need to slam the throttles down? I took it kinda easy every time.
I've been looking for an operators manual too. I found a parts manual, but can't seem to find an operators manual anywhere because I really wanna research this boat a bit more. Thanks,
Adam
