We have a 2003 155 hp 4 tech engine. We just picked it up (just bought it) and it was winterized. We took the boat out and the engine seems to not run at a constant speed. at lower speeds (less than 4000 rpm) it seems to go up and down on the revs. Not sure what the problem is. I checked the oil level and it seemed to be really high. Could that be the issue.
