After purchasing my Jet ski and trailer, I purchased a 2nd trailer that I keep in the water behind my house at the shore line since I dont want to go to boat ramps every time I ride. The 2nd trailer I have connected to a tree with a winch to load and off load but the wench doesnt pull the entire ski out of the water. (and it is on about a 30 degree incline ) Keeping the back end out of the water is the most important so I started putting the jet ski on backwards so the back end propultion and intake are out of the water but the bow still sits in the water.... I feel better about this but am afraid that since in winching the ski up an incline backwards that any water that might be in there isnt draining? ... I cant afford a hydro port or roller dock right now so what are your thoughts on this? could this be harming the ski? I feel its better than leaving in the water but not a perfect solution..... thoughts?

As long as it isn't getting water in the hull I wouldn't see an issue with it. If you are getting water in the hull it won't drain out leaving it nice and moist inside the hull.

I suggest you somehow get the ski completely out of the water, rear drains open, and turn the ski around so the nose is high and water is draining to the rear and low end. You are trapping water in the hull with it turned around backwards and that isn’t going to be good long term. You might have to change your winch to a longer or shorter cable in some way to get your ski out of the water. You will figure it out.
