Detail fitment on a 2002 GTX RFI

Hi.
I`m new to these forums, so be nice if i do something wrong

I wanted to know if the first cover is the same as the second.For me it seems that the green one has some holes on the sides as the gold one doesnt have.
My VIN: ZZN20667A202

And also what does the abbreviation RFI mean??

Anyone knows if the upper body with mirrors froma a my 1998. GTX will fit on a my 2002. GTX RFI??
