Depth Finder?

So I was just curious....I know sea-doo makes a depth finder for my GTI SE 130, does anyone know if there are any cheaper aftermarket ones? I am so hesitant getting close "ish" to the shore because I don't want to suck up any debris. Thought it might be handy to have a depth finder installed. Thanks!

I've been thinking the same for my ski. Does the seadoo depth finder shoot through the hull or does it require drilling a hole in the hull??

I have the factory unit in mine. There are no holes in the hull.

It works great. Lots of comfort factor when exploring.

My theory is if you can see the bottom with dirty water it's too shallow. Most of my rides include frequent stretches of 3 feet or less, I haven't destroyed a single pump yet.
