Hello all -
I just posted this issue on another board before I discovered this sea doo only forum. It will be 109 in Boise tomorrow & I'm trashing hard to get this 'doo on the water. Any suggestions on what to do or test next would be awesome!
1990 SP
142/140 mag/pto psi
147 new oem RV
Westcoast (seadoo) pipe
Rebuilt 38 SBN jetted to '91 SP spec 125/75 @ 22psi PO
New fuel lines/pickups/valve
Symptoms:
Bogs heavily off idle & won't rev up
Top speed 28.1 mph last year w/stock BN - won't plane at all with SBN now
Plugs are oily
Today:
Blocked exhaust/intake & pressurized to 10 psi thru pulse line. Pressure held with zero loss for 10 min. While pressurized, removed pto plug = 1/2 psi drop. Removed mag plug = all pressure lost immediately.

This is where I'm stumped...... Does this test result mean inner crank seal is toast? Or just that mag transfer port was open and I need to proceed to do another RV cavity pressure test (tested in Feb & held 10 psi for 10 min)?
