Conditions on the upper Chesapeake, Elk Neck area?

Has anyone seen it since Irene?
I was thinking of going to Elk Neck State Park this weekend.

I'm in Annapolis, and there is still a lot of debris around my area. I can't see myself going out on the bay this year. I am winterizing my ski this week, but I am hoping that I can take out my jetboat one more time before it gets too cold out.
