Compression ?

I have read on other posts that on a gsx the compression should be around 150 on both cylinders. I am getting a reading of 122 and 120. Could part of my problem be carbon build up on the piston head? Also I posted water coming from the head. Found out the o ring was ok it just had alot of corrosion. So i cleaned the o rings and lubed them with marine grease. Seems to have fixed the problem. Weird engine noise is gone. (I would give it gas and it would not idle down). If I am unable to see any damage on the o rings could they still be the low compression problem? Any help is greatly appreciated. Also found a small hole in my water box rave valve. Can this be fixed or should I order a new diaphragm? If so any ideas on the best deals?

I am trying an rtv gasket sealant. Seems to have plugged the hole. I am wanting it to run fairly good the rest of the summer and then this winter tear it down and replace the parts that are worn out.

Water coming out of the head.

Cleaning the o ring didnt work still had water coming out from the head. Front left side of motor. Are there any other possible reasons water is coming out the head? Thanks for any additional help.
