BUDS MPI cable

Hi all,

This is probably covered loads on the forums however I cannot find an inconclusive thread.

Can I purchase any MPI2 cable for example to work with BUDS or is it only possible with a BRP cable interface?

I'm looking to purchase a 2005 GTX 155 ski with potential ECU failure.
