so got the boat back from the dealer and instead of paying 4k to fix it , I tore it apart and half my piston skirt is missing in cylinder 1 and the rod bearing broke apart and melted. Now it was also blowing the 5 amp fuse when i pulled the motor out and hooked up the battery (bilge etc all work) the fuse did not blow, is it safe to assume the short was caused by the broken motor?
