Best (cheapest) place to buy parts?

Ok so I had a pump sucking air real bad so I put some grease between the carbon ring and steel ring and she jumps out of the water now. 400% better. So I am going to go ahead and order the whole carbon seal assembly including the boot.

Can someone steer me in the direction of a website that offers cheap parts? Most places I checked are like $150 for the whole assembly and that sounds really high...?

Any feedback will be appreciated.
