Hello! i hope some of you can help me with some answers:)

i bought a Seadoo GSX 96 this summer, and im in the process of changing the cylinder and piston, since the old one was worn out.

I searched for the wrist pin bearing on ebay, but there is so many different ones. according to the seadoo parts catalog, i need:
290 832 420 Needle Bearing
Ive already bought one, but there is some slack between the bearing and the wrist pin.... so im not sure this is the right one.

Where can i buy the one that i need?

Also: the base gasket, where can i get this?

Its a 787 engine

Thanx:)

You need to buy a Gasket Kit which will give you the base gasket, exhaust gaskets and carb gaskets.

Typically when you buy a "Top end kit" it'll come with pistons, rings, new caged wrist pin bearins, and a gasket kit..

Just look on ebay for 787 top end kit..

The OEM wrist pin bearings are uncaged, so make sure when you take the pistons off that you have the crank case completely covered. There should be 32 needles per side, so count them and make sure they are all accounted for.

Unless you buy the OEM bearings, all the new/aftermarket bearings will be caged. So once you replace the OEM needle bearings, you wont have to worry about them falling out all over the place if/when you take it apart again.
