New as always
1. SBT (engine exchange aka fast) / FULLBORE (your engine gets rebuilt, longer wait)
2. SES (rebuilds your own engine, give or take time of return)
3. Do it your self

I hear racer builds a real fine engine.

For a fast turnaround and excellent warranty SBT is probably your best choice. If you want yours rebuilt, SES builds a good product but their turnaround can be long.
