Anybody know about this Impeller Nujet SDI-7-15/20

Cant find any info about will this fit 140mm jet pumps
the person that has one said it came off an sea doo xp 650 eng
I understand that 15/20 is pitch of blades

the only nujet I have ever seen or used fit a 140mm but a big hub from a 2000 gsx never herd of one in the old style if you give a better pic Im sure could tell by looking at the whole thing
