Any idea what the part with the turnbuckle at the top of the trim cable is?

Hello all. I bought a new trim cable for my 97 Seadoo Challenger but the part at the top connected to a turnbuckle broke while taking the old one off. It's on the shifter side and is at the very top of the trim cable. It connects it to the shifter. I have no idea what it's called or what its part number is. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
 
I'm not sure what item 24 is. The one I bought is part number 277000918. Not the right one. Inside diameter is too big. I hear there are two different sizes but I can't seem to find the item number for the other size. Any help is greatly appreciated. Almost have this thing in the water!
