Am I missing a seal?

I recently purchased this 2011 GTIse 130. I removed the just pump to inspect the wear ring for major cavitation. My question is, am I missing a
Seal in the picture I highlighted in yellow?

I ask this because I have 2 of these seadoo's, and when I removed the jet pump from my other, it had a seal on it. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.

Yes there is a missing seal....it is like washer with yellow o-ring around it....how about the the two o-ring on the two small hole is that missing also?

Your question has already been answered but I have a question, is that all gravel on the rideplate and inside the pump cavity?

I think its a sand....not gravel...beacause its too fine for a gravel.....

Yes, it's sand. I just purchased this seadoo with problems. What sort of issue will I have with the washer/seal missing.
I made sure to clear all the sand/rocks out before reinstalling the jet pump.

The pressure of water for cooling the exhaust or water box become low thus it is prone for exhaust overheathing......
